In
the Fall of 2002 Jerry, Joel and Kerry House bought Whomper Room
Entertainment as a complete turn-key business which is based in La
Crosse, WI. In addition to the equipment used to operate this
well-established business we acquired the previous owners’ business
files containing information about contacts and annual events scheduled
throughout the United States. These files will be included in the sale
of the business.
W.R.E. has an established presence at the following annual events:
* The Greater Milwaukee Auto Show
* Steel Craft Corp.’s annual picnic in Hartford, WI
* The Madison Area Auto Show in Madison, WI
* The Central WI State Fair in Marshfield, WI
Annual events we have established business during our ownership include:
* post-prom parties at various high schools in SE MN
* stock car races at the Milwaukee Mile Speedway, Milwaukee, WI
* Jasper Co. Fair in Colfax, IA
* Hamilton Co. Fair in Webster City, IA
* Mower Co. Fair in Austin, MN
* Houston Co. Fair in Caledonia, MN
* Clay Co. Fair in Spencer, IA
* Christmas Holiday season at College Square Mall in Cedar Falls, IA

Our focus as owners has been promoting our business in SE MN, southern WI and Northern IA. W.R.E. operates year-round as an amusement attraction for a variety of events: fairs/festivals, auto and trade shows, business events, private parties, banquets and school-related events.
The following is a partial list of items included in this sale:
* One 16’ x 28’ banked track with retaining walls. The track is assembled in sections which allows for multiple configurations
* Two rolling racks for vertical transport of track sections
* Seven 1/10th scale radio-controlled NASCAR replicars w/custom carrying case
- Includes additional interchangeable car bodies
- Spare motors, tires and parts for car maintenance and repair
* Six remote control driving consoles with covers and handles for carrying
- Includes four additional FUTABA replacement controllers
- Six step stools for kids
* Three 2’ x 4’ folding tables for the driving consoles
* One electronic lap counter with multi-color scrolling message board, fully programmable, mounted on rolling stand
* Six DYNAMITE NiCd/NiMH battery chargers in custom carrying case. Chargers were purchased 8/2006
* Twelve 3000 milliamp NiMH batteries, purchased 7/2005
* Six 3300 milliamp NiMH batteries, purchased 9/2005
* Battery carry case
* 20’ x 30’ Anchor brand, commercial grade, blue and white stripe vinyl tent purchased 7/2003. Includes:
- vinyl sidewalls for full enclosure
- aluminum poles, stakes, tie-downs, interior lights
- canvas storage bag for tent; vinyl bags for poles and stakes
* Extra folding tables and chairs
* Rolling toolbox with a variety of tools, parts, hardware, and accessories necessary for car and track maintenance and repair
* Display and decorative items such as track skirting, banners, flags, signage frames and easel
* Electrical cords and accessories
Also included: 2003 Haulmark trailer, 2” hitch, 3500 lb. capacity w/drop tailgate, side door, interior lights and aerodynamic design. All equipment, cases, track and supplies are stored in this trailer.
